Project Management Associate (Parttime, 20 hrs)
This part-time position (20 hrs per week) involves a variety of operational and administrative responsibilities that are critical to maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our translational projects. Your role will be pivotal in facilitating the logistical and administrative aspects of our groundbreaking research, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of translational science activities.
Your Role
- Maintaining and updating project management tools, translational trackers, guidelines, and templates to keep project processes streamlined and up-to-date.
- Facilitating legal and financial reviews of agreements such as CDA, MSA, SOW, and MTA using systems like Veeva Vault and SAP by Design.
- Organizing shipments for scientists and ensuring proper documentation and archiving within Translation Teams’ folders.
- Setting up meetings, arranging logistics, and resolving any logistical issues that arise.
- Assisting in the preparation of quarterly Translational updates and meetings.
- Supporting budget development and analysis, helping to develop project timelines, maintaining them, and monitoring project progress to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Collaborating closely with core team members from the Translational team, as well as legal and FP&A teams, to assemble project information, collect inputs, and track completion of action items.
Your Profile
We are looking for a candidate with:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Life Science (Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or equivalent).
- Experience in summarizing, reporting, and documenting scientific projects.
- Strong organizational skills, a proactive approach, and excellent teamwork capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
- The ability to accommodate interactions with colleagues in the USA, demonstrating tenacity and adaptability.
